The Backstory of Emotion

Everybody's going to show up in their own particular way when they're mad, right? So that's your behavior. But then the backstory, the backstory is the feelings, the connection that's been forged of why you feel this way. Because of our biology, we're taught to value how you think about something more than how you feel about something.
