If inflation is structurally higher and the Fed gives up the inflation target at 2%, then we actually are going to be in a sustainably higher rate environment for an extended period. I think that the post-pandemic period, we will all come to the realization that R-Start hasn't changed. If anything, it's incrementally lower as a result of the dislocations.
