It's not as more common these days to have a technical ceo, a former n ceo,. But it was less common five years ago even. If you're an early stage company, is pretty obvious with s doing. They can feel uneasy. The citios acknowledging that they feel a little uneasy, so, but don't try to change the organization to make them feel more comfortable.
