So let's talk about some specific medications. I'm going to divide these into two categories, essentially. The first are going to be vasopressors; the second are our inode dilators. Epinephrine is an alpha 1, alpha 2, beta 1, beta 2 agonist. At lower doses, it's mostly a beta 1 agonist. But at higher doses, as you get up to maybe.08,.1 and above, you're going to start to get both. And certainly at code doses, if you're giving a bolus of epinephrine, that is going to have a huge amount of alpha 1 agonism which is going to cause that vasocon
