We also have to know how to break free from toxic relationships that we may have, or who we are associated with. Because i have been in situations where the conversations have been very negative, and it waters a unwholesome seats in me. And when i realize woe, that conversation just made me so talk sick, i learn have mindfulness,. If i can't help change to view i need to disconnect from it, or else i will water very unwholesomes seeds in me. It's all consumption, nacturally, not being associated with foolish ones.
