The Circus and Time Travel
There's just a sorting process of like that's in the world that's not in the world. And so as I saw these little disparate stories that were clearly in some cases based on like the 12th April's or papers of Hercules, I needed to group them together in ways that could kind of make some narrative sense. The circus feels like something that fits in that world and something that doesn't fit in that world. There's no point in making giant maps if your characters are not going to get to walk across those maps.
