Y Combinator has announced a fellowship for new start ups. The 12 thousand dollar grant is available to anyone with an idea and access to the y c community. They don't have to be a wy combinator, comn act tit can't be. If you've already raised any money, you're sort of too far along for this programme. It's only eight weeks, so it's not a long term comitment. We hope some of these companies will apply to wise later, but we're not requiring it.
