Is Situation Awareness Really Key?

i think situation awareness is really key. As a front desk agent, when i first started, i realize i had more success with repeat guess and and checkins or check outs based off of being aware, not esing. I've figured out that the more i ge ation awareness of reading the room, whatever it may be, the more intimate and intentional the conversations were. To this day, i've not worked at that hotel in like seven years, and i still talk to him on a almost monthly basis. That should always be top o mine in the industry. 100 %.
