I Love Reading, but I Love Non-Fiction
Reading, for me, is a bit of escape ismum. When i'm not feeling great with what my real life is, i go and have a fantasy life reading one of these books. I livethe idea of using fiction as a release as well. And believe it or not, there are pure support like constantly recommending these to my patients, and i love them. Or 12 step groups. There's lots of, you know, on zoom, you can go to an allanon or an alcoholic synonymous meeting in poland on zoom.
