The Importance of Confidence

I feel very comfortable and I feel that the people around me feel very comfortable too, which is good. So this is the reason I don't really think a lot about it or, you know, influence my job. If I can motivate or inspire other women then that's great. But I think we just have to be confident. We have to work hard. Maybe it's a little bit more difficult to enter the field. And if I can inspire someone else that, you know,. I consider this an, and really achievement. It was something that came very natural to me. The most important thing is the education. This has to start really from very young age"
