How to Rate Sentiment in an AI Project
Being able to gauge the feelings of those assessing the project as it goes is very, very important. But obviously not all opinions are made equal. I would say that where we get the most value from subject matter experts is not on the pain side, but on the what is happening on the day to day to create the pain. Usually what we'll see the value in is the pain is getting bubbled up to the leadership levels and they know something has to change. They have oftentimes done projects to solve this pain for their team members and the business along the way.
