The Opacity of the Australian Government's Budget
Up to 8% of total sales are now electric, which is not bad considering it's almost impossible to actually get an electric car in Australia. We need to do a lot better than 50 kilowatt charges and you can basically recharge 8 cars a day on an AC. That's the thing that's really been dragging back the whole EV transition in Australia. The good news is that they've recently announced an agreement with the federal government. I think it's a co-funding 117 new fast charging stations around Australia.
