How to Launch a School From Principles Value and Culture
If you only had three slots as part of your induction process, what would you fill them with and how would you prioritize them? If we're thinking a bit more robustly, it's got to be safeguarding. I feel like that's a cop out of an answer. And so I'm just actually kind of like built around retreat but those all those things all the stuff that we know is effective around learning. Having a session around that and making sure that they really clear on this and depends all of our subject in the school are key for me.
