Product Management Ladder Revisited

The p m ladder is a set of expectations for product managers from associate p m all the way up to principal p m. We've redone that ladder and broken it down into two parts: Are they really able to define the outcomes that we should be pointing out? And then the second one is about their behaviours, are they fighting for impact? It's been a huge amount of work, a heavy lift, but we know from the team that it's helped an be much more confident about what it takes to get to the next step.
