The School of Resentment

Benjamin Bloom was unfairly attacked a few times in his life, because of the what he called school of resentment. He writes that people who read books only through their sort of narrow ideological identity based lens strip all the joy out of literature. "I would like to think that when i get to the end of my life, i would have also added something to that tradition"
