JimHismith.com has been a website, but he's doing a lot of writing on LinkedIn these days. His new book from Wild West Agile is to be released the end of May. Scaling it, for me, is not safe. Safe is just the new bureaucracy. It's no surprise it came out of the rough world. To me, scaling is best done through patent libraries using unfixed. There's also scrum patent libraries, empowered teams and agile leadership which is all about servant leadership.
