There's a higher degree of concentration of wealth amongst the rich in Latin America than there is elsewhere. We had one of the worst, I think it was the second worst recession in history for Brazil. And that's really led the GDP growth in Brazil to be a lot more volatile over this last decade. The local economies have a lot more investment in health investments and access to education.
