When my mam was a tenager, she went to poland to spend the summer at her grandparents house. My dad didn't speak any english, and my mam's polish was limited. Still, they were crazy about each other. But eventually the summer ended, as did their little summer of love. Eight years later, now in their twenties, my mam goes back toPoland to attend her grandfather's funeral. She decides to stop atMy dad's house. He's outside up on a ladder picking apples. After greeting him and talking for a little while, my dad steps off the ladder and kisses her the end of getting married. And their wedding lasts three days.
