Twitter was sued by rapper Elon musk for allegedly violating a contract he signed to buy the social media site. The company says that changes in the stock market and other events did not constitute a material adverse effect on its business. Twitter is fighting back against the lawsuit, which it calls an attempt to "blackmail" them into changing their terms of service.
