Number Two, Funny Voice Is Very Important

This is the year and you know me and my stack, right? It's going to have to start with realizing that shame exists. And I think shame is such a huge part of what guides my own life in a way I was never comfortable saying before. So number two, less shame for me and encouraging in a very gentle way, encouraging less shame in everybody that I love. That starts very much starts with don't make other people feel shame about something you know they feel bad about.
