S stew: I was able to retire in 20 21 at the ripe old age of 35 years old. The reason i was able to do that wasn't because my micro jim was successful and profitable. It was what i did with my profits. So i created the jim real state company. He is now formulating a team of brokers across the country to help jim owners lease and buy buildings.
