The opening phrase and some of the guitar work, did that come with the initial song or those things you put on later? Or was that on a separate track somewhere? How did that come together as... It happens differently all the time, Bruce. I'd heard that title late in the evening. The next morning I was up very early, it was still dark. And I just remember kind of writing essentially those three verses in chorus, just wrote it down. Like I was taking dictation. A lot of the records sort of appeared this way.
