Take a millisecond before you start she feeling out all sorts of different things I don't know if that's a word spiel but I mean before you start staying all these things just take a moment. say before I blurked something out of my mouth so that was really interesting exercise for me to do very challenging umreally put me on the spot and really reminded me of that feeling of going blank which is really horribleReally off putting make sure you lose your train of thought but you've just got to do it again and again until it doesn't really feel like it matters as much or that you can deal with it and go a different way.
