The Value of Time Off

For me, the value of rest is extremely important. There's a pretty strict rule where if i'm not home for one week out of five a then i must go home on that sixth week. I've always done it in college, like, shut it down for a little bit a and i think the importance of getting away from your work is extreme. Like, you know, i don't want to be have i dont have to think about golf. It's its, it's necessary for me, and i think it's needed for a lot of people.
