How to Schedule Strength Training for Runners

In a lot of ways, it's much like running itself where I think runners have to get through maybe the first four to six weeks or so of starting to run. Once you've done that with strength training, you're going to start to like the way that it makes you feel it's going to become a consistent habit of yours. And I think that is really exciting. It depends on the runner and their goal. You don't want to just add it in randomly into your running plan and expect it to be like the best thing ever. But from some of the questions I've gotten, sometimes it's not.
