The Importance of Expecting Resistance
A good product manager should expect that and then kind of work to build a vision of what that land in the open waters where you're going. That's unknown. You should build a vision for what that could look like and why it's so important. And this idea that the path is going to include resistance. So you should just expect it and not treat that as a sign of failure or that you're going in the wrong direction necessarily.
