Is There an Opportunity for Labour to Be the Party of Low Tax?

Tories are more heavily associated now with higher taxes than the labor party. Do you think there's an opportunity ot the next election for labour to be the party of low tax, or fair tax? The reason th we've ended up with a high tax budget is because we've got a low growth government. And if you look at what's projected by the end of the parliament, ain growth is absolutely abysmal. So we need to grow our economy, and that's the most important thing in terms of how labor approaches it.
