The Relationship Between Blood Flow and Neuronal Activity
There's a pretty much direct relationship between the amount of activity in the normal circuits in the particular brain region and the amount of blood flow to that brain region. Turner once described this as ome watering the flower bed, let the yard to let let the plants grow,. There were other theories, which are not er in retrospect. So silly that another purpose of this increased blushing of the brain was to remove the excess heat produced by neural metabolism. O we are differeent explanations for this. A fortuitous association between cerebral profusion of blood flow and neura activity, which causes what we wanted to understand.
