The Coronation of Fiona

We are going to get permission to do a coronation day programme from a rooftop near the Abbey itself. Not everybody is a monarchist, and you certainly don't have to be. I'm struck by the claims that British commentators make of these ceremonial occasions. The British people's ability and willingness to celebrate such incredible displays of power and privilege for so little return has left me bewildered. And lots of you have been kind enough to let us know about works of fiction that you really did find funny.
