How to Write a Speculative Screenplay for Death in Paradise

Nigel says on email I've written a speculative screenplay for an episode of Death in Paradise. What would be the best way to get it considered by the producers of the program this is really difficult because obviously you know you kind of want to find new ideas and find new writers but at the same time we're constantly coming up with ideas.
