How to Be an Efficient Salesperson
You have to attack every single deal. Answer the phones yourself. Get every seller on the phone. I don't care if they were angry when they call it in the first time. Get them on the phone and see if they have a number that they're interested in. It's got to be that mindset because that deal can be like your ticket. And yeah, you got to be offensive. You can't be sitting back waiting for things to happen. When you talk to run it's spark something.
