Non Violent Communication Helped in a Social Change Project

A school in Illinois won a national award for educational excellence. Four members got elected to the board to get rid of the superintendent and the school. Took us ten months to arrange a three hour meeting with them. I knew i had to do some work on myself before we had that meeting.
