The Federal Government's Interest in Lower Testosterone

i think the word is out uh a lot of testosterone practices are just very thriving and exponentially growing. i could see if here's my conspiratorial side coming up can you see the federal government being interested in more men having lower testosterone? It kind of makes you feel like Alex Jones to think about that but by the same token Alex Jones is right sometimes they want a compliant electorate.
