Deep Learning Is the Only Form of Learning

Deep learning has something to do with remembering and retrieval. If you can't use the information in a practical environment, then you hadn't learnt it. The unlearning ofa would leave you to the exact same point as you would be with shallow learning - awareness of the topic. And i think this has come to the forefront even more with my research into meter ignorance and hyper cognition. But just because your collecting doesn't mean you're not learning. So a collector's fallacy is just a fallacy in itself. Yes?
