What Is a Simulation?
Plato's allegory of the cave sort of brings first time in Western history, more or less where we have the idea of a simulation. But it is interesting kind of when you look through Eastern traditions, they always try to describe reality as a dream and describing it as a simulation which I wouldn't say is necessarily probably accurate either. So if something is simulated, it means it was created consciously and purposely. A simulation is always a copy of something. You don't just generally make a simulation off the top of your head. You're mirroring something that you're wanting to present in the simulation. And what becomes really interesting for us and our experience now is a simulation for the characters
