All my short stories and novels that don't do well are available for free because i'm like, they're not down loading anyway. So why not have them be given away for free? And it converts casual readers into true fans. I also consider renting regular giveaways that are just for your news letter subscribers. Make them value being on your list and bing be grateful for being on your lists.
