Trump's Advisors Won't Allow It, and the National Guard Isn't Going To.

Trump's advisors, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Millie, Secretary of Defense Mark Esper and Attorney General Bill Barr wouldn't allow it. What ended up happening was police and National Guard members used tear gas and rubber bullets to clear peaceful protesters out of the area. President Trump then walked across the square to a church where he did a photo op holding up a Bible. The whole country has seen the leader of America's military wearing combat fatigues as if we're actually at war with ourselves.
