How to Make Candidates Feel Comfortable in an Interview

We pick the panel and we pick the pairs. What's really interesting is we spent a lot of energy trying to make sure they understand you have to make candidates so comfortable. We found that 45 minutes for a pair is too short. Some pairs want an hour and 15, but usually it's about an hour for two people. And then at the end of the process, we do a debrief with the whole interview team where we get in every single person has already submitted their feedback.
