The North Koreans Ask for $2 Million to Release Otto

Otto's parents maintain he was tortured in North Korea. They say his hands, legs and teeth were horribly damaged. However the coroner said they found no obvious evidence of torture or physical abuse. The United States has a policy of not paying ransoms. An ambassador Ewan and President Trump have denied this money was ever sent.
