The Importance of Dialogue in the Troubles
The majority of trespass is really, you know, outside of the classroom and the bar that most of it takes place in kitchens people's kitchens and living rooms. And there's a part early in the book where because she goes home and sees that the curtains are left open and ask for them to be closed. So I do absolutely get it about the sounds. Did you find any commonalities? The attention to dialogue in Louise's book is beautiful and to me felt very, very familiar. It's not even about self text. It's about how people say things or how they express things as well,. particularly with Christian mother Gina born during first troubles.
