The Next Best Action in a Recommendation System?
Next best action is really at a customer level, right? Whereas the recommender system isn't imputto tat on doing a basket analysis and those kinds of things. And in the case where we work with like retailers, actually, next best action is often used sort of at the category level. So it's an input to a next best action, and it's an insight that is useful, but can easily be overruled or augmented by other more important insights.
