Are the Parshames Communists?

The parshames were more urban and reformist oriented, while the halkis were militant communists. The two groups initially formed a party together to oust the one party dictatorship. But they came to power those, as we so often see, those factions turned on each other. And in particular, the the halkes really imprisoned and even executed members of the parshamits.
