They may have some submissions before them from the professional they will have lots of documentary evidence, but at the end of the day, they're doing making a paper ermination. I think it certainly open to question whether it's appropriate for determinations about very serious mattersa so allegations of dishonesty or sexual misconduct. A view might be taken that allegators which are really at that end of the spectrum require a much more careful andnuanced assessment of the evidence.
