There are people that have started body building in their lie seventies. You just need, you don't know where to start. Start off with some five pound dumb weights. And just do some five pound stupid things for 20 minutes, 15 minutes. This stuff's free on lines. Can adopt any of it you want. If there's some move tat doesn't work with my body, then i just kind of pass forward to the next one and see if that one works. Over time, when it compounds like compounded interest, right? It justil yes, getting better.
