Some residents claimed that around the time the Oakville blobs appeared, they saw many military aircraft. The Air Force has confirmed bombing practices nearby but denied use of any sort of biological warfare. Some theorized that the Air Force was doing bombing practice runs. They're saying that these bombing practice runs could have been testing other things like biological weapons.
