How to Deal With a Malignant Narcissist

A no contact rule is the best way to deal with any malignant narcissist. People with BPD see loved ones as either iconically benevolent or cruelly punitive and there is no in between because they cannot sustain ambivalent or contradicting emotions. Many have reported great success with this method especially with spouses and significant others some have reported that it only causes the malignant narcissists to escalate their abuse.
