Is FinTech a Pre-Pandemic?

Large language models are going to be helpful for very large companies with large sets of data that typically talk to consumers. I think FinTech will be a large recipient from third parties using these things. That's deflationary in terms of costs, you need less people. But isn't it actually a pre-pandemic? We were talking about universal basic income and how just a lot of these jobs were going away.
