The Toughest and Most Expensive Place in Australia to Do Business
Fresh stock in Sydney rose by 5900 homes in the four weeks to July nine. This is about 11% higher than the five-year average, and will over a percent more than a year ago. The rise in new listings comes earlier the normal, which could signal a shift in the overall supply level. Victoria has been named the toughest and most expensive place in Australia to do business by A&Z boss Shane Elliott.
