Is There a Difference Between Men and Women?
Life was very hard for women in iceland. Women had to do everything, even go out fishing. The school day was divided so the children had to go home have lunch and there was no one at hometat these were called the key children. If one thing that is is very special for iceland is that women, they always kept the name ou a week. We kept this very old german tradition of, you know, you were the son or the daughter of your,. usually of your father, sometimes of your mother. And and you kept your name. You were always this this independent person.
