Coaching should fit into what you need in your structure, not the other way around. I like coaching skeptics who are sort of bossy and irreverent. It is very rare that I find a leader who is bad-hearted. Most of them have had the caring drummed out of them. They've been taught to be command and control. And they're under the kind of pressure that would crush an ordinary human being.
